AI Commerce Gallery — ZooWork × AI Valley What does the next generation of AI-powered commerce look like? ZooWork and AI Valley are bringing together builders, founders, engineers, designers, and commerce leaders in San Francisco for AI Commerce Gallery — a curated one-day hackathon and interactive showcase for products pushing commerce forward. Teams will build AI-powered products across: E-commerce & storefront experiences Merchant operations, inventory, fulfillment & payments Restaurants, retail, POS & physical commerce AI agents, MCP integrations & workflow automation But this isn’t a traditional hackathon. Instead of spending the evening watching dozens of back-to-back pitches, every team will transform their project into an exhibit for the AI Commerce Gallery Walk. Attendees, judges, partners, and investors will move through the gallery, interact with live demos, meet the builders, and experience what the future of commerce could actually feel like. Throughout the day, builders will have access to AI tools, APIs, integrations, technical workshops, mentors, and partner resources to help turn ideas into working products. The strongest projects will be selected as Featured Exhibits and invited to demo on the main stage before the Gallery Awards. 🏆 Awards include Best in Gallery Best AI Commerce Product Most Commercially Viable Best Use of ZooWork People’s Choice 🗓 October 3rd, 2026 📍 San Francisco 👥 100–150 curated builders, founders, investors & industry leaders 🛠 25–35 teams 🗓 Event Schedule 9:00 AM — Registration & Breakfast Check-in, networking, and breakfast. 10:30 AM — Opening Ceremony Welcome, AI Commerce Gallery introduction & challenge briefing. 11:00 AM — Workshops & Curator Hours Technical workshops, partner resources & mentor support. 12:30 PM — Lunch Networking lunch + continued hacking. 4:00 PM — Progress Review Final team check-ins, product feedback & mentor support. 5:00 PM — Exhibit Submission Deadline Final projects, demos & gallery categories submitted. 5:00 PM — Dinner + Gallery Setup Teams prepare their exhibit stations while judges review submissions. 5:30 PM — AI Commerce Gallery Walk Explore every team’s live project exhibit and meet the builders. 6:15 PM — Featured Exhibit Presentations Top 5–8 projects demo on the main stage. 7:00 PM — Gallery Awards 🏆 Winner announcements & prizes. 7:30–9:00 PM — Gallery Reception Networking with builders, partners, judges, investors & industry guests. 9:00 PM — Event Closing The formal program will conclude with a Gallery Reception bringing together builders, partners, judges, investors, and industry guests.
